How and when your order reaches you.
Who ships your order
Each seller packs and dispatches their own items from their own address, shown on the product page. If your cart has items from more than one seller, they arrive as separate parcels.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping amount shown in the cart ship free; that amount is counted across your whole cart, not per seller.
Delivery times
Most orders are dispatched within two working days and delivered within two to seven days, depending on your pincode. Your tracking link is sent by SMS and email as soon as the parcel moves.
Cash on delivery
Where it is available for your order and pincode, you will see cash on delivery as an option at checkout.
Failed deliveries
If a parcel cannot be delivered after the courier's attempts, it returns to the seller and any online payment is refunded.
