About these terms
By using 2by2mart you agree to these terms. 2by2mart runs the marketplace; the products are sold by independent sellers whose names appear on every product page and invoice.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation message. If a price or listing was clearly wrong, the order may be cancelled and any payment refunded in full.
Payments
Online payments are collected by 2by2mart through a licensed payment gateway. Cash on delivery is offered where the order and address allow it.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
These are described in our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, fake reviews, scraping or attempts to break security.
Liability
Sellers are responsible for their products and descriptions. 2by2mart checks sellers and listings but does not manufacture the products. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
