Vendor Terms
The agreement between sellers and the marketplace.
Eligibility
Sellers must be registered businesses in India with a valid GSTIN and PAN, and must keep their details, pickup address and bank account up to date.
Listings
Sellers are responsible for accurate titles, photos, prices, stock and descriptions. Listings must follow the Prohibited Items Policy. 2by2mart may hide, edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms.
Commission and payouts
Commission is agreed per seller at approval, either a percentage of the selling price excluding GST or a fixed amount per item. No commission is charged on shipping. Earnings become payable after the return window of each order ends, and are paid out to the registered bank account.
Orders and returns
Sellers must dispatch on time, pack items safely and handle return requests within the time shown in the seller panel.
Invoices and tax
Each sub-order is invoiced in the seller's name with GST worked out from the seller's and the buyer's states.
Suspension
2by2mart may suspend a seller for fraud, repeated complaints or breaking these terms; their products are hidden while suspended.
